We present here some of the main historical facts about Wilbur County and Germaine, along with some of the local legends which have inspired and shaped our unique view of the world around us. Our goal at the Wilbur County Historical Society is to preserve for future generations an accurate reflection of where we have been, so we may make wise decisions about our course forward into the twenty-first century.
